ℹ️Quest description

Gwendolyn Price is expecting a delivery from Hilus which was supposed to arrive several days ago. She asks the party to go westwards along the road and see if they can find anything out regarding the delivery and bring the package back.

The package should be in a small, locked wooden box.

[!bug] Secret The box contains a white pearl that would be used by Gerwyn Day for furthering his magic studies.

The two merchants (Ira Thorpton and Eldric Varn) have been ambushed by some ghouls along the road and were forced to abandon their cart, which skid off the side of the road. They ran into the woods and hid in a cave.

While the cart leads off to the side of one road, the ghoul tracks can be traced (DC 12 Survival) back into the forest, in the opposite direction.

The ghouls were commanded by a Shadowghoul, which lurks on the opposite side of the road, deep in the forest.
